Bullet Proof Polos

"This anti-ballistic (bullet proof) polo shirt takes safety to an altogether new level. Designed by Colombian designer Miguel Caballero for his Black Label Collection, which is world renowned "high-security fashion." High profile clients include action hero Steven Seagal, King Abdullah of Jordan, President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, President Alvaro Uribe of Colombia, Prince Felipe of Spain, and other notable V.I.P.'s. This polo shirt comes in three levels of protection:

OPTION IIA:   9mm / 40 Smith and Wesson FMJ
OPTION II: 9mm / .357 Magnum / 38 Super / Mini Uzi submachine gun
OPTION IIIA: Uzi machine gun / MP5,MP9 submachine gun / 44 Magnum SJHP / Stab-proof"

Slightly more G than a Lacoste... Slightly. But then so is the price. Option IIIA is around $4,500.
And why the f*ck does Steven Seagal need one of these?! I hope he realises they were movies he was in.

Sunglasses and smug smile not included. Well the glasses definitely aren't.

Prose & Witnes

LRG HAWLEYWOOD from LRG on Vimeo.

Brilliant.

After a bit of research I've discovered the epic soundtrack to the video is 1960's Spanish Mod rockers Los Salvajes.

Powerful.

DJ Ease - I'm Fresh

It's been way too long since we've seen a decent scratch video.

What ever happened to turntablism!?

Air Jordan III

Air Jordan III in its OG white/fire red-cement colourway is shaping up to be one of the biggest Jordan releases of early 2011. Here we get another look at the sneaker, which is currently available for pre-order through Urban Industry with shipping around later January.

Nice...

iPod Nano Wristwatch

A very nicely designed add-on for the new touch-screen iPod Nano. I have to say I'm very impressed with these... and secretly kind of want one.

More info about the TikTok and the LunaTik HERE.

Gourmet - Quadici

Gourmet keep their footwear game on point. If there's one thing that gets to me it's not being able to rock my flyest sneaks due to wack weather conditions. However these seem to be a nice solution - perfect for the wet streets of northern Europe. Having lived in Brussels and Manchester, these would have been a useful pair of kicks to have. It's like an airmaxed timbo.
They've been out a while but now Gourmet has just release these Napa Leather bad boys.
Must say the air bubble does spoil it for me... combined with the price tag - I couldn't bring my self to cop a pair.
Worth a post though.

Gourmet - Quattro "Skate"

Fresh. It's looking like they're made from some premium quality materials.
Don't know if I'd skate with 'em though...

Wu Shoe

A Wu Tang Kung Fu Shoe... Now that's some real Shaolin kicks.

"Bagua teams up with The Wu Tang Brand to collaborate on their slip-on shoe. Designed by Oliver “Power” Grant and RZA, the low top sneaker comes in the classic Wu Tang black/yellow colorway with the upper being inspired by Ying-Yang. Only 360 pairs of the shoe were produced and they will be released April 14th in Paris at RZO Store and Pigalle."

Sound System

"The Ceramic Speakers connect directly to iPods and other digital music players to form an elegant, minimal music system. Their sound becomes even more dynamic when paired with a turntable and a phono pre-amp. They also connect directly to computers, laptops and televisions, providing a vast improvement over built-in speakers.
The Ceramic Speakers are made from porcelain, cork, and Baltic birch. Each material is minimally finished, left to add its natural beauty to the design. The included amplifier is made from stainless steel sheet metal, with a cast iron base and paulownia volume slider. Aside from the electronic components, plastic is completely avoided in the system’s construction."

Simple, clean... even got a nice fader for the volume. I could do with this set up even if I'd probably knock one over and smash it when I stumble home pissed looking to bang out some tunes.

Exage.
