Meany - Flu Jabs

Manchester's fiercest MC, Meany, has dropped some new heat in anticipation of his first solo album Henry's Spine.

Should be out soon. But don't hold your breath.

Meany - Henry's Spine Blockumentary (Belgium)

In case you couldn't come down to DNA in Brussels to see it in person (you missed out by the way), it can be witnessed in youtube form.

It was by all accounts an epic night.

Shouts to Meany and the Manny man for coming down and tearing it up.

Event: Zone Libre 1

I'm particularly excited to present this, as the main event is  a concert by Manchester's own Meany!

I feel kind of responsible for him making out to Brussels as I imported his music back with me from when I lived in Manchester. Needless to say his lyrical prowess won over everyone that heard it.

As if that wasn't enough, another skilled MC and good friend, RorKid, might be flexing his skills at the open mic!

All this combined with big names on the BXL rap scene means it should be a sick night!

20:30 Live Showcases by: B-Lel, Dalsim & Shotgun, Tonino and Seven

Signing up for the open mic will be done on the day, at the venue.

The hosts for the night are B-Flow and DJ Substanz on the decks.

Meany: Xbox 360 Advert

Manchester's finest in an early XBox 360 advert. Nuts.

I remember seeing this in the cinema in Brussels and thinking: "I'm sure that's that MC from the Urban Knights"

Turns out it was Meany.

I finally found it again after all these years.

My hand's Abu Hamza...

... it writes off the hook!

Meany is just too sick. Still relatively unknown even in his hometown of Manchester [UK] the illest member of the Urban Knights should be dropping his first solo mixtape sometime soon.
